[Mirror material] ( Amount ) | Dry Jasmine ( 3 grams + 10 flowers ) |
Clear water ( 120g ) | Gelatine tablets ( 1 tablet ) div> |
[Mousse base material] ( Amount ) | Digestive biscuits ( 80g ) |
How to make jasmine yogurt mousse cake

1.Prepare the materials

2.Beat digestive biscuits into powder and add melted butter

3.Mix well

4.Put it into the mold, compact it, and put it in the refrigerator for later use

5.Soak the gelatin tablets in water until soft

6. Add gelatin slices to the milk and heat over low heat until the gelatin slices melt

7. Whip cream + sugar until thick and yogurt-like
8.Add milk gelatin liquid
9.Add yogurt

10.Stir evenly

11.Pour into the mold and refrigerate for more than 4 hours until solidified

12.Soak gelatin slices in water

13.Add water + sugar + dried jasmine into the pot

14.Turn off the heat after boiling

15.Filter out the jasmine flowers

16.Add gelatin tablets , stir evenly

17.Pour slowly into the mold and refrigerate overnight

18. Take it out and blow it with a hair dryer on all four sides to remove it from the mold.Decorate it with jasmine flowers
