1. Prepare materials.

2. First, add the milk and gelatin powder and mix well.Add chocolate condensed milk and mix well.Here you can directly melt the chocolate over water.I used chocolate condensed milk to save trouble.Add the amount of chocolate condensed milk as appropriate.If you like a darker color, you can add more, but it will be very sweet.Dark chocolate should be better.

3. Beat the light cream and sugar.

4. Beat until it becomes sticky and just has texture.

5. Mix the two materials well.

6. Mix the mousse liquid.

7.Put it into a piping bag.I don’t have a piping bag.I use a fresh-keeping bag.bags instead.

8. Squeeze into the mold and fill it.Chill overnight in the refrigerator.

9.Frozen dogs.Gently break the sides of the mold to release it, and be very careful, otherwise the legs will break easily.

10.Install the disk.Apply chocolate condensed milk to your eyes, nose, and mouth.In this step, you can also apply the eyes and nose in the mold in advance in the previous step.I only painted my mouth, not my nose.

Tips
Chocolate condensed milk can be replaced with chocolate.Gelatine powder can be replaced with gelatine sheets, which must also be melted in water.
The most important thing to pay attention to when removing the mold is the dog's legs, keeping them intact.
It is better to paint the eyes and nose in the mold first, and then paint it after it is formed.The condensed milk will flow down easily.
