How to make tiramisu

1.First boil a pot of water, and then beat the egg yolk liquid with the hot water

9. Next, mold and decorate.Place a layer of finger biscuits on the bottom of the mold, and brush a layer of coffee liquid on the biscuits.(You can also place finger biscuits.Roll a circle in the coffee liquid, take it out and put it into the bottom of the mold), then pour a layer of tiramisu paste; (I use a square baking pan)

10. Pour in a layer of finger biscuits and a layer of tiramisu paste at intervals until the entire mold is filled.My mold can only hold two.layer.Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight, then take it out and decorate

11. For tiramisu decoration, use moisture-proof cocoa powder.Use a filter to lightly sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder, and then decorate with strawberries

7.Because the texture of light cream is similar to that of cheese paste, there is no need to pour it in in batches.Pour it all into the mousse at once.Mix well into the cheese paste, and the cheese paste for tiramisu is ready;
