How to make pepper leaf pancakes

1. Add water to the flour, stir until it becomes a paste without lumps, add chopped pepper leaves (I used fresh Dahongpao Pepper leaves)

2. Brush a layer of oil on the pan, scoop a spoonful of batter on it in the pan, and then quickly spread the batter.If it is too slow, the middle crust will be too thick

3.When one side is almost done, turn it over quickly

4. Wait for more than ten seconds to take it out.Let cool and eat
