Ingredients
Digestive biscuits ( 80g ) | Butter ( 45g ) |
Whipping cream ( 100g ) | Vanilla essence ( 2 drops ) |
Chocolate (appropriate amount) | Egg yolk ( 1 ) |

1.Crush the digestive biscuits with a small hammer, or place them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

2. Then add the butter that has been melted with heat insulation water and mix well.

3. Then place it in the mold and compact it.

4. Pour the light cream into the milk pot, heat over low heat and bring to a boil, remove from the heat.

5. Add egg yolk to the whipped cream and mix evenly, then return to the pot and heat until thick and remove from heat.

6.While hot, add vanilla essence and mix well to form a pudding liquid.

7. There are a lot of cookies, so I removed some.Then pour in the mixed pudding liquid and let it sit for 1 hour.
