3.Sift in low-gluten flour.

4. Stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature for an hour.

5.The fermented batter becomes larger in volume and there are many small bubbles on the surface.

6. Heat a non-stick pan without oil, stir the batter, and scoop out a spoonful of batter Pour vertically into the pot and sear over low heat.

7. Fold until dense bubbles appear on the surface of the batter, then turn it over.

8.Flip over and bake for another 30 seconds, and finish all the batter in sequence.

9. Place the baked waffles on the grill to cool.(The waffles at this time are also very delicious, and my baby has already eaten two of them)

10.Wash the strawberries, cut 4 in half, and cut the rest into cubes.

11. Add powdered sugar to the light cream and beat with an electric egg beater.

12.Put the whipped cream into a piping bag equipped with a piping nozzle.

13.Take a waffle and gently fold it in half, and squeeze a strip of cream in the middle.

14.Put on the diced strawberries.

15. Then pour the cream in a Z-shape to cover all the strawberries.

16.Finally, just garnish half of the strawberries.
Tips
Be sure to use low heat when frying pancakes, otherwise the coloring on the surface of the waffles will not look good.
