Oil ( 10g ) | |
Soy sauce ( 5g ) | Sesame oil ( 5g ) |
Vinegar ( A few drops ) |
How to make braised bean sprouts and shredded pork cake

1.Wash the bean sprouts, shred the green onion, cut the ginger into strips, and mince the garlic

2. Heat oil in a pot, saute peppercorns, fennel, onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add appropriate amount of bean paste

3. Add the meat after frying for 10 seconds.When it is almost cooked, add water (about 30ml), salt and vinegar.(a few drops), soy sauce, and when the meat is cooked, add bean sprouts

4. Fry for 1 minute.Pour the cake strips in, with the cake strips on top, pour 30-50ml of water along the edge of the pot, and cover the pot with a lid

5.After 3 minutes, remove the lid of the pot, stir-fry, pour in 5g of sesame oil, mix well, and remove from the pot
