Baking powder ( 2.5ml ) | Water ( 110g ) |
Salt ( 4g ) | Sesame oil ( 20g ) |
| Onions ( 60g ) | Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make scallion pancake

1.Prepare the ingredients

3.Pour in egg liquid and water

4.Knead the dough and put it into a bowl

5.Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, Wake up for 15 minutes

6.While the dough is rising, chop the green onions

7.In order to prevent sticking, pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil on the chopping board

18. Remove from pot and plate
