How to make pancakes

1. Add an appropriate amount of flour to the cold water and stir in both forward and reverse directions until there are no lumps.It can be thin or thick.Thick and chewy, thin and soft.

Small Tips
Add some salt to the pasta water and rub oil on the pan every time you bake one.I use a clean white mask to apply oil, as the bristles of the brush are easily burnt.
