Ingredients
Pumpkin ( One-third ) | Flour ( appropriate amount ) |
Glutinous rice flour ( appropriate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
White sesame seeds (appropriate amount) | White sugar ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Cut the purchased pumpkin into pieces, remove the seeds, peel and wash it

2.Steam over water for about 20 to 25 minutes

3.Crush the steamed pumpkin into puree with a rice spoon , add a small spoonful of sugar and mix well while it is hot.

4. Add glutinous rice flour and flour.The ratio of glutinous rice flour should be larger, about 3:1.Until it is no longer sticky.
