How to make wife cake

1. Make glutinous rice filling.Bring water, oil and sugar to a boil over high heat.

2. Add the glutinous rice flour and stir quickly.After forming a ball, add white sesame seeds.Refrigerate and let cool.

3. Mix water, oil and leather materials into dough.Cover with plastic wrap.

4. Mix the pastry ingredients into dough and cover with plastic wrap.

5. Roll the dough into a round piece and put a pastry ball on it.

6.Use a tiger's mouth to process the water-fried dough and wrap the pastry dough well.

7. The mouth faces downward.

8. Roll out into a long strip like ox tongue.

9. Roll up from top to bottom, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.

Tips
Use a knife to score the surface, which must be deeper to ensure that the dough does not expand, otherwise the glutinous rice filling will expand and bulge out from the bottom.
