Glutinous rice flour ( 300g ) | Four ( 100g ) |
Bean Paste ( 100g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pancakes

1.The red bean paste is ready.

2. Mix flour and glutinous rice flour in a ratio of 1:3.

3. Add water and knead into dough.(Until your hands are wet)

4. Wrap the prepared bean paste into the dough.

5.Knead and flatten it, and place it on a small amount of flour (to avoid sticking).

6. Prepare all for backup.

7. After the oil pan is boiled, add the flour cake, change to low heat and fry slowly.

8. Fry for a minute or two, then turn over and fry again.

9. Fry both sides until golden brown (the dough is slightly raised upwards).

10. Place on a plate, cool slightly and serve.
Tips
Be careful when adding water when kneading the dough with flour.Too much or too little may result in the dough being unable to wrap the bean paste.
