Carrot ( one ) | Shiitake mushroom ( 50g ) | |
Cooked pork belly ( 100g ) | Leftover rice ( 300g ) | |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) | |
Green onions Seasoned ( Adequate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( Adequate amount ) | div> |
Recipe of Fried Rice with Carrots, Mushrooms and Minced Pork

1. Dice mushrooms, carrots, and cooked pork belly and set aside.

2. Prepare leftover rice for later use.

3. Pour in oil and sauté minced green onions.

4.Add shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and diced pork belly.

5. Stir-fry for one minute.

6.Add remaining rice and stir well.Pour in a little water and continue frying for two minutes.

7.Add salt.

8.Add a little light soy sauce.Mix well and serve!

Tips
Pour a little water to make the rice taste less hard and softer.
