How to make steamed buns with black bean noodles

1. Prepare a portion of black bean noodles.

2.Weigh the white noodles and black bean noodles separately and put them into a large bowl.

3. Dissolve the yeast powder with an appropriate amount of warm water.The water temperature should be about the same as the temperature of our palms.

4.Pour the yeast water into a large bowl, stirring while pouring.

Tips
Flour has different water absorption, so the amount of water added varies by about 10 to 20 grams.The steamed buns must be fully proofed.You can cut the dough into a *-shaped shape and it is ready.Remember to knead it evenly again to deflate the air, and then wake it up again.Do not open the lid immediately after steaming
