How to make milky black sesame steamed buns

1. As the weather gets hotter, I pour room temperature water into the bread machine bucket (if the room temperature is low, use warm water no more than 38 degrees), add yeast and let it sit for a few minutes;

2.Add flour, baking powder, milk powder, black sesame powder and white sugar;

3. Turn on the kneading program of the bread machine for about less than 20 minutes, and knead the dough until it is smooth;

4.Cover with a wet towel and ferment until doubled in size;

5.Start the bread machine kneading program again for about 5 minutes;

7. Add enough cold water to the steamer, add the kneaded steamed buns, and cover the pot.Let the second proofing take about 20 minutes;

8.The status of the second awakening It is fat and soft, obviously slightly larger in size, and the dough will rebound slightly when pressed lightly with your fingers;

9.Turn on the cold water and let it boil for 20 to 25 minutes (the house is filled with the aroma of sesame seeds...) and then turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes;

Tips
Black Sesame It doesn't need to be too broken when using a wall breaker, just the shell is broken.If you mind, you can omit the baking powder, and add or subtract the white sugar according to your own preferences.I steamed the steamed buns in an electric steamer, and I never worry about the heat.If I use gas, I will use medium heat throughout.
