4.Knead the dough, it will be very sticky at first.

7. Divide into four equal portions and make one of the mushroom legs.

8. Knead the 3 parts together again.

9.Cut into 30g pieces.

10.Press into a round piece.

11. Roll it into a pancake and add 20 grams of fillings (I made bean paste and lotus paste )

12.Pinch it up with your hands, leaving a chirp.

13.Place it on the appropriate container.

14. Cut one portion into small doses of 13 grams each.

15. Knead one side sharply and the other thickly, as shown in the picture.

16. Stand up and squat down to make it flatter.

17.The plasticized mushroom buns are dried in cocoa powder.

18. Place in steamer, leaving space.

19. Keep it on medium heat for a quarter of an hour, simmer for 5 minutes and take it out immediately.

20. Use chopsticks to poke a hole after serving.

21. Insert the mushroom legs and arrange on the plate.
Tips
This is a great place to dispose of leftover stuffing. You need to sprinkle a lot of cocoa powder, otherwise there will be no cracking feeling (it was my first time making it and I had no experience) and later I felt like I sprinkled less.
