How to make brown sugar steamed buns

1. Boil and dissolve brown sugar with 200 grams of water, cool to about 38 degrees and set aside; add a little white sugar with a little warm water, then add yeast, and wait until fermentation is complete use.Sift the flour and set aside.

2.Add salt to the flour and mix well, then add corn oil

3.Add the fermented yeast water and mix it with the flour around the center to form a floc

4.Slowly add brown sugar water, while using the other hand to push the flour to mix into a fluffy consistency.

5. As long as the flour is relatively soft.

6.Knead into a smooth dough with delicate internal structure

7.Knead the dough into strips and cut into ten small pieces

8.Make a round shape, with the smooth side facing up

9.Put the steamed buns on the table and wait for fermentation.(In fact, it is best to put it in the pot and cover it with a lid to ferment, because my pot is steaming other things, so I can only let them do this)

10.After an hour, the fermentation will be twice as big as before.

11. Steam the buns in a pot with hot water.After the water boils, steam for 6 minutes until the buns are cooked.Let it simmer for 2 minutes and then quickly open the lid to prevent water droplets from falling on the steamed buns, which will not look good.
