Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
Four ( 1000g ) | Pumpkin ( 1000g ) |
Honey ( 50g ) | Yeast (appropriate amount) |
Baking powder ( appropriate amount ) |

1.First wash the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into small pieces and steam it in a steamer

2.Mash the steamed pumpkin into puree and add honey
