Mutton ( 600g ) | Green onions ( One stick ) |
Yellow sauce ( 1 tsp ) | Soy sauce ( half a teaspoon ) |

Sichuan pepper water ( 3 tsp ) | Sesame oil ( 3 spoons ) |
Flour ( 200 grams ) |
How to make mutton and green onion dumplings

1.Put the fresh mutton into a basin, add yellow sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce , salt, sesame oil, pepper, minced ginger and mix well, chopped green onion

2. Put green onion into mutton After the stuffing is mixed well, add pepper water and stir well and set aside

3. Mix the flour with warm water to form a dough , let rest for half an hour

Tips
