How to make homemade pumpkin dumpling wrappers

1.Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, wash and cut into cubes

2.Put the pumpkin in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, heat it in the microwave for 4 minutes until soft, take it out, mash it into a paste and let it cool

3. Add a little salt to the flour, add pumpkin puree, add an appropriate amount of water and knead into a dough of moderate hardness and softness, and let it rise for 30 minutes

4.Knead the risen dough into a long strip

5.Crush into small pieces, round and flatten

Tips
Steam the pumpkin, press it into puree and let it cool to avoid overheating the flour, and the dough should not be too soft to avoid sticking
