How to make pan-fried wontons

1. Prepare a plate of wontons (I used wontons that had been wrapped and frozen in the refrigerator).

2.Put the wontons into the pan, space them apart to avoid sticking together, and place them along the edges.Pour an appropriate amount of warm water into the side of the pot, covering about a quarter of the wontons.

3.Cover the lid, turn to medium-low heat and simmer slowly.

4. Wait until the water simmers dry and the wontons are basically cooked. At this time, open the lid of the pot and pour it in.Add an appropriate amount of oil, pick up the handle of the pot and turn the pot several times to coat each wonton evenly with oil.

5. Fry one side until golden brown, then use chopsticks to flip and start frying the other side.Fry over low heat throughout.Just golden.

6.Place it on a plate and add a plate of garlic chili sauce and dumpling vinegar seasoning ,Very tasty!
