How to make Yuanbao wontons

1. Knead the flour with cold water into a smooth dough and set aside.

2. Wash and chop the beef, chop the green onions and set aside.

3.Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, allspice, and salt to the meat filling.Beat the minced ginger, chicken essence, sesame oil, and cold water in one direction and add the chopped green onions before making the dough.

4. Roll the dough into a piece of about 0.5cm.

5.Cut off the excess corners into a rectangle and cut into long strips.

6. Then cut the strips into square wonton wrappers.

7.The first wrapping method: take a piece of skin and put an appropriate amount of filling in the middle and bottom.

8. Roll the wonton wrapper from bottom up to half of the wonton wrapper.Then roll it up to three-quarters of the way, bend the corners on both sides of the wonton friends, overlap them, and pinch them tightly.

Tips
When adding cold water, be sure to add water while beating the meat filling.
