Ingredients

Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make carrot and corn braised rice

1.Soak the mushrooms in water first

2.Cut the pork into small pieces or strips and set aside

3.Soak the mushrooms and cut them into pieces, cut the carrots into pieces, peel the corn, and set it aside for later use
4. Heat the pot, add oil and fry the mushrooms until fragrant
5.When the mushrooms are fried a little color, add the chopped carrots and corn kernels and stir-fry for a few times, then add the pork and dried shrimps and stir-fry

6.When the frying is almost done, add an appropriate amount of salt, then add the rice and fry for a few times before turning off the heat

Tips
If you don’t like minced garlic, you don’t have to use it, but adding minced garlic will make it more fragrant.Or minced garlic can be replaced with chopped green onion
