Ingredients
Frozen mixed vegetables ( 250g ) | Pleurotus eryngii ( 100g ) |
Olive oil ( 10ml ) | Chicken juice ( 20ml ) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make mushrooms and mixed vegetables

1.Pour 10ml olive oil into the pot

2.Wash and dice the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry them

3.Pour in the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry evenly

4.Pour in the chicken juice and appropriate amount of water

5.Cover and simmer for 10 minutes

6.Open the lid to drain the juice, which will enhance the flavor

7.Turn off the heat after the juice dries up

8.Put it into a bowl, serve it with a bowl of multi-grain rice, and you’re done with one meal
