Marshmallow ( 10g ) | Yeast ( 3g ) |
Matcha powder ( 2 grams ) | Cranberry (appropriate amount) |

How to make matcha cranberry cake

1.Sift in low-gluten flour, yeast powder, sugar, matcha powder and a small amount of warm water

2. Stir evenly until there is no dry powder, and set aside

Tips
Apply butter for easier release! Very convenient and beautiful!
The fermentation should not be too full, as it will become fluffy during the steaming process!
