Yeast ( 3 grams ) |
How to make pumpkin rolls

1.Peel and wash the pumpkin.

2.Put it in a drawer and steam it into pumpkin puree

3. Add yeast to flour.

4.Put the pumpkin puree into a basin and stir evenly with chopsticks.

5. It should not be too soft to prevent it from forming.

6. Knead the dough until smooth and ferment.

7.The noodles will rise in an hour, and they will be ready when you click them with your hands and they won’t shrink back

8. Knead the dough to avoid air bubbles.Roll out the dough, sprinkle with salt, roll it up with oil,

9.Cut off both ends,

10.Cut into triangles,

11.Use chopsticks to press down at the tip to form a flower roll
12.Put it in the drawer.

13.Cover the lid and let it sit for 20 minutes, then steam for 15 minutes, cover it for 5 minutes and open the lid.

14. After steaming, let it cool for two minutes before picking up the plate.
