Oil ( a little ) | Chopped green onion ( a little ) |
How to make green onion rolls
1.Use a little warm water to dissolve the yeast first

2. Sideways Stir under water until it forms a flocculent form

3. Knead into a ball and ferment

4. If it doesn’t shrink back, it means it’s fermented.Rub it to release air

9.Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, do not rush to open the lid and simmer for another 5 minutes
