How to make flower rolls

1. Dissolve the yeast powder with warm water and stir well

9.Fold it and apply the oil evenly

10.Roll up and cut

11.Stack two on top of each other

12.Pinch and stretch to both sides

13.Twist and shape according to S shape, that’s it

14.Do it in order

15.Spread some black Sesame

16.Place in steamer for secondary fermentation

17.This time the secondary fermentation is completed (the flour is sprinkled on by my hands)

18.Steam for about 15 minutes and simmer for three minutes.
Tips
