How to make green onion rolls

1. Dissolve dry yeast with water.

2. Add to the flour and stir until it becomes cotton-like.

3.Knead until smooth and cover the entire basin with a plastic bag.

4. Ferment until doubled in size, take out and knead evenly, roll it out to half a finger width, and apply oil , sprinkle with a little salt and chopped green onion.

5. Roll up and cut into equal parts.

6. Take two pieces of dough and fold them together, press down in the middle with chopsticks, pinch both ends and move them in opposite directions screw.

7. Place the mouth downwards in the pot, cover the lid and let it sit for ten minutes, then turn on the cold water.Steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and wait three to five minutes before opening the lid.

Tips
Put the flower rolls in cold water in the pot.When the water temperature slowly rises, the flower rolls will curl better.Open the lid after three to five minutes after steaming.The flower rolls will not shrink due to sudden changes in temperature.
