How to make spring rolls

1. Prepare spring roll wrappers (I bought this)
2. Prepare the dishes.Cut leeks and radish into small pieces, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

3. Take a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of flour and appropriate amount of water and stir into a paste.

4.Take a piece of spring roll wrapper and put the vegetables in the middle.

5.Start from one side and stack it up to about 2 fingers wide.Then fold up the lower two sides as well.As shown in the picture

6.Fold again.Finally, coat the excess with batter.Just fold it up.

7.Pour oil into the pot.When the oil is hot, fry both sides until golden.Medium and small fire

8.Control the oil and install it on the plate.
Tips
The frying process must be medium-low heat, so that the color will be beautiful and the vegetables will be cooked.
