How to make pot stickers stuffed with pork and chives

1.Put the flour in a larger basin

2.Slowly add appropriate amount of warm water and stir into cotton wool

3.Knead into a smooth dough, cover it and let it rise for 20 minutes before use

Tips
Making pot sticker dumplings is not like boiling dumplings.Don’t make the noodles too hard.It’s better to have a moderate amount of hardness.Don’t make the pan too hot after adding water.Large, just fry slowly over low heat.You can also use an electric pan
