Corn flour ( 200 grams ) | Flour ( 100g ) |
Milk powder ( 50g ) | Yeast ( 2g ) |
Warm water ( appropriate amount ) | White sugar ( 30 grams ) |
How to make milk-flavored steamed buns
1.Mix corn flour, flour, sugar and milk powder evenly.
2.Use warm water to dissolve the yeast.

3. Stir the yeast water, warm water and noodles with chopsticks into cotton-like lumps.

4. Mix the dough into a ball, knead it into a smooth dough, and wait for fermentation in a warm place.

5. Fermented dough.Exhaust and relax for about 20 minutes.

6. Divide the large dough into equal small doughs and roll them into rounds.

7.Take a small dough and rub it with both hands, making a pit with your thumb , and rub it into a small nest with a sharp end and a thick end.

8. Let the steamer sit for about 30 minutes before steaming.

9. Steam for 20 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes.

10.Steamed steamed buns.

11. Let cool slightly before eating.

Tips
1.The amount I use can make 14 small steamed buns, which is enough to steam one pot.Each one is about 37.5 grams.
2.After the steamed buns are set, you don’t need to let them rise again.You only need to leave them for 30 minutes before steaming them.
3.If it is winter, the secondary fermentation will take about an hour.
