Shiitake mushrooms: activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis
Ingredients
Chicken breast ( One piece ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( Six pods span> ) |
Rice ( 100 grams ) | Onion ( Half ) |
Grated ginger (appropriate amount) |
How to make mushroom and chicken porridge

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Soak the mushrooms in the refrigerator with water the night before.

3. Wash the rice, put it into the rice cooker, and cook for half an hour.

4. Cut the onion into small dices and set aside.

5. Remove the film from the chicken breast, clean it and cut it into 1cm dices.

6. Wash the mushrooms and cut into small dices.
