How to make fish skin porridge

1.Soak the glutinous rice overnight.

2.Wash the glutinous rice clean.

3. Cook porridge as usual.(It’s best to cook it longer to get the best porridge oil)

4. Cut the fish skin strip.

5.Add shredded ginger, soy sauce, cornstarch, and pepper.

6.Stir evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.
