How to make red date and lotus seed porridge

1.Preparation materials: red dates, lotus seeds, japonica rice, rock sugar.

2. Wash and core the red dates and slice them into slices.

5. Boil the water in the pot.

Tips
1.I chose the Hami jujubes from Xinjiang.They are sweet no matter how you cook them.You can put them in earlier.Some jujubes will become sour the longer they are cooked.Don’t put them in too early.Just put them in when the pot is about to start.
