Recipe of Tremella, Purple Sweet Potato and Apple Porridge

1.Wash the rice and soak it for half an hour.

2.Tear the white fungus into small florets and soak it with wolfberry.

3. Peel the purple potatoes, wash them and cut them into small pieces.

4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Tips
It is best to wait until the porridge is almost cooked before cutting the apples.If you cut them too early, they will easily oxidize and affect the appearance.
