How to make glutinous rice and black bean porridge

1.Wash the glutinous rice and black beans.Add water and soak overnight.

2.Put the soaked glutinous rice and black beans into a pressure cooker and add 910 ml of water.I added water in a ratio of 1:7.

3.Choose the thick porridge setting for 18 minutes.

4.After cooking, it will be soft, waxy and thick.No need to put it in the soup pot and cook it again.

5.Add brown sugar and black sesame seeds to taste while hot.

6.Pour into a bowl.Finally add wolfberry to garnish.
Tips
If the porridge cooked in the pressure cooker feels too thin, you can put it in a soup pot to make it dryer.Brown sugar can be omitted.
