How to make white flour steamed buns

1. Add yeast and water to the flour! Knead evenly! Don't be too soft! Let rise until doubled in size! Knead out the bubbles inside and let it rise again until doubled in size! After the second proofing is completed, you can make it! Take out the dough and knead out the air bubbles inside! It takes about 15 to 20 minutes! Knead until there are no big air holes in the picture below.

2. Roll into two long strips of equal thickness, and you can divide the doses!

4. Knead into smooth buns and let them rise for about 15 minutes.My room temperature is 23 degrees.! Steam in a pot under cold water! The room temperature is different, and the proofing time is also different.It can be decided according to the size of the steamed buns to be proofed.Please make sure that the steamed buns are doubled in size.They will rise twice after being placed in the cold water.

Tips
You can also add a little sugar to the flour to help the yeast ferment! Since we don’t like sweet things, I didn’t add any sugar.
