How to make meat buns yourself

1.Use warm water to melt the yeast. Those who like sweet food can add some sugar

2.Slowly pour the yeast water into the flour and stir it into cotton wool with chopsticks

3.Knead the dough into a smooth dough and set it aside to ferment for 1 to 1 and a half hours

4. While the dough is fermenting, make the bun filling.Chop the pork belly into puree (when I bought the meat, I asked the chef to grind the meat into puree for me), add salt, peanut oil, light soy sauce, chopped carrots, mushrooms and green onions. Then mix well.

5.Cut the risen dough into small dough (reference: egg size)

6.Press the small dough into a flat shape and roll it into a round shape with a rolling pin (you can also directly roll it out without a rolling pin) Push gently with your hands). When rolling out, pay attention to the thick center and thin edges.Spread the rolled out skin flat on your hands, put the prepared bun filling, then fold the bun skin and close it to form a bun.

7. Place the wrapped buns on the steamer, cover the pot and let it rest for 20 Fire after minutes.

8. Boil the water in the pot and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.Do not open the lid immediately, wait 2-3 minutes before opening the lid again.

9.Enjoy it beautifully
