Pleurotus eryngii ( 300g ) | Green pepper ( 1 root ) |

How to stir-fry king oyster mushrooms with green pepper

1. Prepare the soup: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, sugar, add a little water, stir well and set aside;
2.Chop all ingredients
3.Heat oil in a pot, add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until soft, make room for minced garlic and saute until fragrant;
