Eggplant ( one ) | Garlic ( a little more ) |
Green and red pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Onion (appropriate amount) |
How to roast eggplant with minced garlic

1. Cut the eggplant in half.Cut with a flower knife and brush with oil.Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.Or microwave for five minutes.

2. Mince more garlic
Mince green and red peppers, and mince onions
3.Pour oil into the pot and stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant and then scoop it out

5. Spread the prepared minced garlic seasoning evenly on the roasted soft eggplant.Continue baking in the oven for 5 minutes

6.Sprinkle cumin powder and minced green onion before serving..

Tips
Don’t choose old eggplants, otherwise they won’t be edible after roasting.It can be microwaved without an oven, or steamed in a pot.If you like chili peppers, you can replace chili powder or green and red bell peppers with green and red peppers for a better taste.You can also add minced meat.
