Ingredients
| Small eggplants ( 3 ) | Green peppers ( 1 piece ) |
Red pepper ( 1 piece ) | Pickled peppers ( 3 pieces ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Fish vanilla ( appropriate amount ) |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
Five-spice powder ( appropriate amount ) | Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make eggplant with sauce

1.Peel a few small eggplants and cut them into small strips, then soak them in water for a while.

2. Cut a green chili into diagonal circles.

3. Cut a red pepper into diagonal circles.

4. Chop a few fish herbs.

5. Chop three cloves of garlic.

6. Chop three pickled peppers.

7. Heat oil in a pot and sauté minced garlic.

8.Add fish herbs and pickled peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Drain the eggplant, add it to the pot and stir-fry evenly.

Tips
Soaking cut eggplants in clean water can prevent them from oxidizing and turning black.Because the bean paste and pickled pepper already contain salt, I did not add any more salt during the production process.You can decide according to your own taste.
