Fried yuba and fungus Method

1.Prepare materials

2.Soak the yuba in advance

3.Soak fungus in advance

4.Yuba Wash and cut into inch sections, peel the carrots and cut into slices, remove the stems of the fungus and wash them

5. Mince the garlic and cut the green onions into inch-long sections

6. Adjust the sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce + 1 oyster sauce spoon + 1 small spoon of salt + half a bowl of water, stir evenly
