Potatoes: harmonize the stomach
Ingredients
Potato ( 1 ) | Pepper ( 1 ) |
Oil ( slightly wider ) | Garlic ( 2-3 cloves ) |

How to make shredded pepper and potato

1.Potato Grate the shreds (since I’m a novice and can’t really cut them well)

Tips
Potato shreds Cold water can remove excess starch to prevent the pot from being sticky and the texture to be sticky; don't fry green peppers for too long, otherwise they will not be green
