Silky tofu ( 2 large pieces ) | Millet pepper ( 10 small ) |
Green onions ( 2 roots ) | Laoganma Tempeh ( 1 spoon ) |
Oil ( 2 spoons ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Water ( half a bowl ) |
How to make homemade water tofu

1.Wash the tofu, drain the water, and slice it.The tofu slices should not be too thick or too thin.If they are too thick, they will be tasteless inside.If they are too thin, the freshness of the tofu will be lost

2.Put the tofu in oil and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown

3.Fry one side until golden brown, then flip it over with chopsticks
4. Fry both sides until golden and then take them out with chopsticks
5.Add chili, scallions, salt and Laoganma black bean sauce and stir-fry

6.Saute the seasonings until fragrant, then put them to the side of the pot, pour in half a bowl of water and the previously fried tofu, and stir-fry

7. Stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes, put it into a bowl, and a bowl of fragrant fried tofu is ready
