How to stir-fry water spinach

1.Prepare the ingredients

2.Divide the water spinach into leaves and stalks and clean them

3.Wash it clean Drain the water from the water spinach leaves and water spinach stalks

4.Cut the garlic into slices

5.Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot and sauté the garlic

6.Pour in the water spinach stalks

7.Quick stir-fry

8.Add appropriate amount of salt

9. Stir-fry and add water spinach leaves
10. Stir-fry together until cooked and fragrant

Tips
