1.Add warm water to the yeast and stir until it melts
2.Add brown sugar and cocoa powder, mix well and melt

Tips
The steaming time depends on the size of the pig buns.The fermented noodles should be kneaded more to remove the inside.All the air has been discharged.I didn't knead it well today and the surface is not smooth.After inflating, turn to low heat and steam without deformation.
