Onion, ginger and garlic ( one serving ) | Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) |
White pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Wolfberry ( Six to ten ) |
How to cook fish with tofu

2. Preheat the bottom of the pot and rub the ginger.(Fried fish will not stick to the pan easily).Heat oil until 70% hot, add fish and fry until golden brown on both sides.

3.While frying the fish, boil water in a separate pot.Aged tofu is skewered in water to remove the beany smell.

4. Sauté the onion, ginger and garlic in the bottom of the oil pan (low heat)

8.Add coriander and chives for flavor.

1. Wash and drain the stickleback fish.Small stickleback fish does not need a knife, and large stickleback fish needs a knife on both sides.
Tips
Eat meat in cold water and drink soup in hot water.If you want the soup to be milky white, heat the water.
