How to make garlic vermicelli clams

1.Add 5 grams of salt and 1.5 liters of water into the basin, add 500 grams of clams and spit sand for about 6 hours.

2. Boil water in a pot.When the water boils, add a roll of vermicelli and cook for 30 seconds.Serve out.

3. Soak in cold water and set aside.

4. Wash and slice a piece of ginger.

5. Wash the clams with clean water, boil the water in a pot, add the clams and 5 slices of ginger, a spoonful of cooking wine and cook for 2-3 minutes.

6.Put it out and rinse it in cold water.

7.Cut the vermicelli into small sections with scissors, and spread half of it on the bottom of the plate.

Tips
1.Add salt and cooking oil when soaking clams to help spit out sand.
