1.Prepare ingredients: wash herring tail and cut into three sections, wash green onion, slice ginger

2.Put 10 ml of grape seed oil into the pot

3.Put in two pieces of ginger and saute until fragrant

4.Put in the pre-washed herring tails

5.Pour in 2 spoons ( 30ml) Wei Da Mei Zhenpin cooking wine

6.Pour 1 scoop (15 ml ) Vida's Virgin Brewed Dark Soy Sauce

7.Pour in 1 spoon (15 ml) Vida's virgin soy sauce

8.Pour in 300 ml of water

9.Cover the lid and bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 10 minutes

10.Open the lid, add the green onions and continue stewing

11.When the juice is slightly dry, turn off the heat and take out the pan

Tips
The fish is relatively tender, so try not to flip it when stewing to avoid breaking the fish
